What's Your Return Policy?
We want to make sure returns are as easy as possible to do, but if you need more information on our Return Policy, how to returns or the process then scroll down.
If you wish to return any of our products, please do not remove the original wrapping.
You can return any item for a refund, within 3 days of receiving your original order. If you'd like a refund for your goods but you can't return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 3-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the shipping cost.
How do I return my item?
You can return your item for free via:
UPS Ground - Drop your return at one of 47,000 locations nationwide and create your new label.
USPS Post Office - Drop your return at one of 35,000 local USPS post office locations and create your new label.
How long does it takes?
Normally it can take up to 15 business days for your return to reach us. Once we've got your return, we'll issue your refund and drop you an email once this has been done. Your refund will be in your account in 5-10 business days.
Can I exchange my item?
We don't offer exchanges on orders- if you would like a different size or scent, please return your unwanted item in original condition and place a new order.
